Abir GHARBI
Abir GHARBI is a recruitment specialist with over ten years’ experience in the field of human resources in Quebec
Passionate about the recruitment profession and people in general, Abir has held various positions as a consultant and talent manager for major Quebec companies.
She has successfully managed several recruitment projects with tight deadlines and for rare profiles. She recruited over thirty laboratory technicians in less than twenty days. She has also managed more than six recruitment projects simultaneously. She stands out for her ability to attract the best talent thanks to her human approach.
More recently, Abir embarked on a new adventure by launching her own company called Eclair recruitment and coaching. As an NLP Coach Practitioner and holder of a professional master’s degree in human resources and organization development from ENAP, Abir is a true professional. She puts her agility at the service of excellence by offering a multitude of services to employers and to talents wishing to advance in their careers.
